CENTRAL COCLA LTDA. WOMEN 281

It is a second degree cooperative, which is integrated by 21 first degree partner cooperatives, group a 3,500 coffee producing families, cocoa and tea in the province of La Convención of the Cusco region. It was founded the year 1967 and has since contributed to the empowerment of their organizations to improve the socioeconomic development standards of their partners, promoting fair trade and caring for the environment.

Contribute to the Socio-Economic Development of partners and collaborators, providing competitive and quality services, related to processing, production and marketing of coffee, cocoa and other products; promoting the integral development and entrepreneurial capacity of their organizations.

STRUCTURE

The organizational structure is made up of a Board of Directors, made up of delegates from different grassroots organizations, like the Supervisory Board, Education Committee and Election Committee, these organs are renewed by thirds, through an electoral process to guarantee an adequate participatory transfer, the highest authority is the Assembly of Delegates.
