The cooperatives that make up COCLA are distributed in different ecological zones and production areas range from 1,200 a 2,100 m.s.n.m., which allows us to have different cup profiles; the varieties of coffee we handle are:
– typical arabica 60%
– Catimores 30%
– Others 10% (Bourbon, Caturras, etc.)
