With the first ripe cherries, the harvest season has begun in the valleys of La Convención. Member families pick selectively, cherry by cherry, to protect quality from the farm.
The technical assistance team supports the cooperatives in wet processing and drying, and the Quillabamba plant is getting ready to receive parchment coffee.
